Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. By using Autohub SL, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Welcome to Autohub SL. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Autohub SL mobile application, website, services, listings, communications, and related features.
By creating an account, browsing listings, contacting a seller, submitting a vehicle, booking a service, making an inquiry, or using any part of Autohub SL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Autohub SL is an automotive platform that may provide vehicle listings, car sales support, vehicle import assistance, vehicle rental listings, auto parts listings, automobile service connections, buyer and seller communication, and related automotive services.
Autohub SL may list vehicles or services owned by Autohub SL, its partners, third-party sellers, dealers, service providers, or other users. Unless clearly stated in writing, Autohub SL is not the legal owner of every vehicle, part, or service listed on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, to use Autohub SL for buying, selling, renting, listing, or booking vehicle-related services.
By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
You may be required to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to create fake accounts, impersonate another person or business, use another person's account without permission, or provide false information.
Autohub SL may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the account is being used for fraud, false listings, harassment, illegal activity, spam, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.
If you list a vehicle, part, or service on Autohub SL, you are responsible for ensuring that all information is truthful, complete, and up to date.
Sellers must not publish false mileage, fake ownership claims, misleading accident history, altered vehicle photos, false prices, fake availability, stolen vehicle information, or incorrect registration details.
Sellers are responsible for confirming ownership, roadworthiness, documentation, pricing, condition, defects, finance obligations, import status, registration status, and any other material information about the listed vehicle.
Autohub SL may review, edit, reject, remove, hide, or suspend any listing that appears misleading, incomplete, unlawful, suspicious, or harmful to users.
Buyers are responsible for carrying out proper checks before purchasing, renting, reserving, or making payment for any vehicle, part, or service.
Before completing any transaction, buyers should inspect the vehicle, confirm documents, verify ownership, check the chassis/VIN number where applicable, test-drive the vehicle where safe and lawful, confirm the seller's identity, and seek professional mechanical or legal advice where necessary.
Autohub SL does not guarantee that every vehicle is free from defects, accident history, ownership disputes, finance obligations, registration issues, customs issues, or hidden mechanical problems unless Autohub SL provides a written guarantee for that specific vehicle.
Autohub SL may provide inspection support, vehicle information, photos, descriptions, or third-party inspection reports. These are provided for convenience and may not identify every defect or issue.
Any inspection report, vehicle description, or recommendation is not a substitute for your own independent inspection, mechanic review, ownership verification, and legal checks.
Autohub SL may charge listing fees, service fees, commission, inspection fees, reservation fees, facilitation fees, import assistance fees, delivery fees, advertising fees, or other charges.
All fees will be communicated before payment where applicable. Payment terms may vary depending on the service.
Do not make payments to a seller, agent, or third party unless you are satisfied with the transaction and have verified the person, vehicle, and documents. Autohub SL is not responsible for payments made outside approved Autohub SL payment channels.
If Autohub SL receives a deposit, reservation fee, or service payment, the refund conditions will depend on the written agreement, invoice, receipt, or transaction terms provided at the time of payment.
Autohub SL may connect users with third-party sellers, dealers, mechanics, drivers, rental providers, spare parts sellers, inspectors, import agents, or other service providers.
Third-party providers are independent from Autohub SL unless clearly stated otherwise. Autohub SL is not responsible for their actions, omissions, pricing, availability, service quality, warranties, delays, promises, or disputes unless Autohub SL expressly accepts responsibility in writing.
If Autohub SL provides vehicle import support, import timelines, shipping costs, customs duties, port charges, clearing fees, exchange rates, transport fees, and regulatory requirements may change.
Any estimated cost or delivery timeline is an estimate only unless confirmed in a signed written agreement. Autohub SL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs processes, port congestion, government actions, incorrect documents, foreign sellers, exchange-rate changes, or events outside our reasonable control.
If the platform provides vehicle rental listings or rental services, renters must comply with the rental provider's rules, including driver eligibility, licence requirements, payment terms, deposit requirements, fuel policy, mileage limits, accident reporting, insurance terms, and return conditions.
The renter is responsible for using the vehicle lawfully, safely, and responsibly.
You must not use Autohub SL to:
You may upload photos, descriptions, messages, reviews, documents, and other content. You remain responsible for your content.
By uploading content to Autohub SL, you give Autohub SL permission to use, display, store, edit, promote, and share that content for the purpose of operating, marketing, improving, and protecting the platform.
You must not upload content that is false, defamatory, illegal, offensive, abusive, copyrighted without permission, or harmful to another person's rights.
Autohub SL may allow users to leave reviews or ratings. Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on real experiences.
Autohub SL may remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, defamatory, irrelevant, threatening, discriminatory, promotional, or misleading.
The Autohub SL name, logo, design, app interface, text, graphics, software, brand assets, and platform content belong to Autohub SL or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or use Autohub SL branding or content without written permission.
Autohub SL may update, suspend, change, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.
Autohub SL does not guarantee that a listed vehicle will sell, that a buyer will complete a purchase, that a seller will accept an offer, or that a vehicle will remain available.
Prices, availability, features, and listing details may change.
Autohub SL provides the platform and services on an "as available" basis.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Autohub SL does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listings, the condition of vehicles, the truthfulness of seller statements, the reliability of buyers, or the outcome of any transaction.
Users are responsible for their own decisions, inspections, payments, agreements, and legal checks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autohub SL will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, vehicle defects, third-party fraud, failed transactions, disputes between users, payment made outside approved channels, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to protect and compensate Autohub SL, its owners, staff, partners, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, false information, illegal conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
Autohub SL may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, provide false information, misuse the platform, or engage in suspicious or unlawful activity.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
If you have a complaint, contact Autohub SL using the details below. We will review complaints and attempt to resolve issues fairly. For disputes involving third-party sellers or service providers, Autohub SL may assist with communication but is not automatically responsible for the transaction unless we are a direct party to it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone, unless another written agreement states otherwise.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or lawful dispute-resolution process in Sierra Leone.
Autohub SL may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app or on our website with a new effective date.
Your continued use of Autohub SL after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
